Project Overview

AIjoin is a concept for an online/mobile system where candidates sign up then express an interest in companies as potential future employers. Prompts are sent to users according to preferences reminding them of goals, asking for information to add to their profile and asking them to select companies they are interested in.

In turn companies can manage pools of talent and market to them easily and quickly using templates which provide advice on readability, tips etc.

Companies would pay candidates for securing their own jobs and for referrals of candidates through the system.

Aijoin can manage and market to talent pools allowing more cost effective recruitment services.
